    Description

    Fieldbus Monitor FBT-6 is a device which test for Fieldbus networking without interference of normal operating.

    This monitor is very suitable for the engineer to make sure commissioming and maintenance for the fault diagnosis, line verification, status of networking.

    FTB-6 is next generation model and has a particular function for download, reading up to 8 segment through USB cable of PC.

    • Fieldbus fault diagnosis monitor FBT-6 is a device which use to inspect the operation status for H1 segment of Foundation Fieldbus under operation
    • This monitor was made for the engineer to make sure commissioming and maintenance for the fault diagnosis, line verification, status of networking.
    • FBT-6 Fieldbus fault diagnosis monitor is indicator which inspect retransmission and status of the segment from the individual device on the segment. As well monitor provides the measurement for the voltage level of bus, device signal level and peak noise, averaged noise.
    • Monitor displays the quantity of device linked on the segment and indicates of device is added and dropped.
    • Monitor inspects the short between the signal and shield cable.
    • Up-to-date Fieldbus commissioning procedure requires the various parameters that measured and recorded from the networkimg. The core parameters are included the bus voltage, signal level of individual device, noise level etc on the segment.
    • The record against result allows baseline of physical layer to be installed. The monitor collects these data and stores 8 segments for transmission to PC via USB. Reports as a comprehensive commissioning and operative reporting stores in Excel file of Microsoft.

    • Collected data for preiodical verification test or during the trouble repair is simply transmitted for easy historical comparison over the Segments.
    • The data is displyed in table and graph using the Excel of Microsoft.
