Description
The MTH100 is used for the management of temperature and humidity simultaneously in a single unit. In case of the temperature measuring electronics converts a platinum RTD sensor to a 4-20 mA signal to interface with your energy management, environmental and process industries including air quality control. The output is proportional over a selected span.
In case of the humidity measuring electronics converts the capacitance of sensor to 4-20 mA signal to interface with your energy management application desired. The capacitance based humidity sensor is one of the most stable sensor available and no recalibration required. The 2-wire 4- 20 mA design provides an easy of installation and retrofit, lowering cost of field wiring. The high accuracy over the wide range of 0 to 95% RH allows precise measurement of the humidity over the operating temperature range of 0 to 60°C. Even condensation on the sensor will not harm it.
Each transmitter is calibrated in our computer operated atmospheric simulation chamber against our traceable standard CAL-BENCH, a condensation dew point hygrometer.

Wiring

For 1~5 V output usage, a 250Ω resistor should be connected to 4-20 mA output in parallel.
